This morning, our talented Marketing Manager, Cady Henriquez, delivered an engaging and insightful presentation on marketing at the invitation of Iniciativa pa Desaroyo di Empresa Arubano (IDEA), supported by our diligent Executive Office Assistant, Genesis Toloza. IDEA, a prominent Business Development Center, provides invaluable assistance and guidance to current and aspiring entrepreneurs on the island.
As part of their December program, IDEA is hosting a three-day workshop series under the theme “Kid$ Biz Market,” aimed at empowering the next generation of young entrepreneurs. The participants, children aged 9 to 11, had the unique opportunity to dive into the world of marketing and business through interactive sessions.
During the workshop, Cady introduced the children to the fascinating realm of marketing, covering:
- What marketing is and its importance for businesses.
- Various marketing methods used to reach and engage audiences.
- The psychology behind effective marketing strategies.
Cady’s session was designed to make marketing concepts relatable and fun for young minds. It was heartening to witness how eager the kids were to participate, enthusiastically answering questions and sharing their own creative ideas.
