Occupying Anna Catharina aims to bring Mainstreet to life, offering an immersive dining experience inspired by Aruba’s rich culture and history. Alongside the restaurant, six neighboring shops—each approximately 30m²—are available for rent at a monthly rate of 1,800 Florins. These spaces are ideal for established local businesses looking to expand their reach, playing a crucial role in revitalizing Mainstreet and supporting local entrepreneurship.

Situated at Caya Betico 76, this prime location offers businesses access to a steady flow of customers from the Anna Catharina restaurant, the nearby Bon Bini building, which serves as an educational campus for 400 students (soon to increase to 600 in January 2025), and a new condominium being built next door, the notorious Single 1.
