ABOUT GENESIS TOLOZA

Genesis Toloza is an alumnus of the University of Aruba who finished her studies in the Social Work and Development field. She always knew that she wanted to be in a position of connecting with people, finding solutions together, and optimizing their process of becoming active agents in their own lives to enhance their quality of it.

However, she disagrees with the idea of having one profession to excel in for the rest of your life. She has worked, volunteered, and carried out internships in various places since she was 17 and discovered an additional passion for the business industry.

In the future, Genesis would like to follow a master's program in Business Administration, however, she aims to develop additional skills and gain experience in the business world before that. As our Bold Agent assistant, she learns about the organization as a whole, develops further leadership skills, develops business law knowledge and practices research continuously, and connects with people daily. In addition to that, she’s a creative person which she happily and professionally applies in her work at BOLD.

In her free time, she loves reading books, painting, going to the beach with friends (like any other person living on an island, at least most of them), spending time with her family, working out, gardening and dancing (especially) when no one is watching.
